Brain Fog Workshop

Workshops are offered in Christchurch, New Zealand and soon to be available online, that give people the opportunity to learn about, the often stressful condition that has been called 'Brain Fog'.

 

Although this is not a recognised illness it is nevertheless a condition that many people experience and are often told that it will get better by itself. This is classified as a limiting condition, one that your body will eventually help to return to normal.

Stress of not remembering

A link between brain fog and stress or anxiety is inevitable and can be a circular and escalating situation. Many of us have experienced stressful events such as a presentation, or being put under deadline pressure, when our brain has let us down. Trying to recall or function normally tends to get harder.
